Okay, so as a working mother, it's hard for me sometimes (okay, most of the time) to come up with new and creative (and not time-consuming!) dinner recipes for my family. So, I'm always looking for new recipes, and I'm sorry to say that I usually don't even try them. But this week, I was brave, and actually tried 2 new recipes.....and they were both really really good! So I just had to share!
The first one is "Mini Ham & Swiss Cups". See
here.
I didn't read all the instructions first (shame on me!) so I actually made them in 24 regular muffin cups as opposed to mini muffin cups. I wondered why the dough wasn't making actual cups.....but they still tasted good! They just weren't as pretty.
The second one is "Saucy Chicken Italiano". See
here.
We had this one tonight. Very good!!!
And I have to share another new favorite recipe, which I got from my cousin, Linnie. We had a family get-together last month, and she brought this Bean Salsa.
FABULOUS!! I made it for a birthday party we had with friends a couple weeks ago, and it was a hit! SO GOOD!! So, you'll have to try it and let me know how you like it!!
